In this seminar, we address the unique challenges PhD students face, focusing on the critical transition from academic concerns to future career uncertainties. This presentation emphasizes the importance of mindset in navigating these anxieties, advocating for a shift towards growth-oriented thinking and resilience-building strategies. We discuss how adopting a proactive approach to mental health, including the cultivation of a personalized mindset, can significantly impact one’s outlook and well-being.
