Understanding cellular processes requires tools and platforms capable of capturing events across various spatial and temporal scales. In particular, tools for tracking RNA dynamics have been limited. To address this, we developed an RNA tracking platform that enables visualization of RNA in cells and in vivo. My work has focused on characterizing, optimizing, and applying this platform. Additionally, I have developed imaging systems that operate in parallel to detect subtle and sensitive changes. Together, these technologies enhance our ability to study RNA behavior and cellular dynamics in greater detail.
