Pre-Pharmacy Society at UCI
A professional and career-oriented campus organization based on student leadership and team building, Pre-Pharmacy Society (PPS) at UCI is dedicated to providing a social environment in which it encourages students interested in pharmacy to thrive as competitive applicants and as student leaders. Opportunities are offered to members in the form of weekly general meetings, volunteer and job opportunities, networking opportunities, social events, and more!
PharmSci Mentorship Program
The Pharmaceutical Sciences Mentorship Program was designed to help first-year students ease the transition from high school to a university. This program provides students with the opportunity to be paired with a current PharmSci student to learn more about UCI and the PharmSci major. First-year students will not only get the chance to gain deeper insight on the campus, its resources, programs and major, but they will also create friendships with their mentor and other mentees. In addition, mentors and mentees will participate in various networking events throughout the academic year in order to help build connections with faculties and other on-campus and off-campus organizations.
Peers under Pharmaceutical Sciences (PUPS)
PUPS strives to foster an environment where students can thrive academically through our tutoring services and academic resources. We emphasize growth, encourage inclusivity, and provide a safe space for students to study or wind down from stressful exam periods.
PharmSci Student Council
The Pharmaceutical Sciences Student Council (PSC) is a leadership organization that seeks to foster a community within the UC Irvine School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and its students through student advocacy, establishing professional relationships, and providing career-related opportunities for the development of their future professions towards students who wish to achieve greater academic excellence.
